Corporate Communication Policy
In line with its vision and mission, the Ankara Chamber of Industry has adopted as its Corporate Communication Policy the principle of sharing its activities and services with its members and the public within the framework of communication plans; acting with a contemporary, innovative, and dynamic approach by taking into consideration the opinions and suggestions of members and stakeholders throughout this process; and making the most efficient use of mass communication tools in line with the Chamber’s objectives.
Certification Services Policy
While carrying out document issuance and certification procedures, the Certification Services Directorate of the Ankara Chamber of Industry adopts as its policy meeting the expectations of its members within the framework of the relevant legislation and contributing to the development of the commercial and economic life of our city and country by facilitating commercial transactions and operations.
Information Technologies Policy
The Chamber has adopted as its policy ensuring the complete, accurate, continuous, and reliable operation of the software, computer systems, and databases used within the organization, including member information; regularly carrying out database security and backup procedures; conducting continuous improvement activities for system development; updating, improving, and managing the Chamber’s website in line with technological advancements to ensure functional use; ensuring information confidentiality and security; taking the necessary measures against potential risks; and meeting the information and communication needs of members by closely following current developments in order to provide fast and secure services.
Environment and Climate Change Policy
In line with its mission and vision, the Ankara Chamber of Industry has adopted as its departmental policy creating value for members and stakeholders in the fields of environment, climate change, sustainability, circular economy, and renewable energy; supporting green transformation processes; contributing to the development of an environmentally responsible industrial structure; and supporting the development of sustainable products and services throughout their life cycle through cooperation with all stakeholders, particularly the private sector, public institutions, universities, and non-governmental organizations.
Entrepreneurship and Innovation Policy
In line with its mission and vision, the Ankara Chamber of Industry has adopted a value creation and innovation-oriented departmental policy aimed at improving the entrepreneurship and innovation management capacities of the Chamber and its member organizations, supporting digital transformation processes, analyzing the impact of digitalization and innovation on members, and ensuring that members benefit from these processes in the most effective manner possible.
Financial Management and Affiliates Policy
The Ankara Chamber of Industry has adopted as its Financial Policy maintaining accounting records in accordance with the principles of transparency, efficiency, equality, thrift, generally accepted accounting principles, the uniform chart of accounts, and within the framework of the Law No. 5174 on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye and the related regulations.
Human Resources and Administrative Services Policy
In line with the Law No. 5174 on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye and the Labor Law No. 4857, the Human Resources Policy of the Ankara Chamber of Industry is based on a transparent, innovative, and people-oriented management approach. The policy aims to ensure the effective implementation of all human resources practices; recruit qualified professionals with the knowledge and skills required for the efficient execution of the Chamber’s activities and services; continuously improve the existing workforce to enhance institutional capacity; motivate employees by considering their suggestions and expectations; ensure equal opportunities among employees; and organize training programs for members in line with their expectations.
International Relations and Foreign Trade Policy
In line with its mission and vision, the Ankara Chamber of Industry has adopted the principle of providing services aimed at offering members opportunities for cooperation with foreign countries; establishing and maintaining close relations with foreign missions based in Ankara; managing membership processes with relevant international organizations; organizing announcements and meetings related to members’ fields of activity in order to enhance their competitiveness; facilitating participation in domestic and international fairs; organizing sectoral delegations and meetings; conducting competitive analyses regarding foreign target markets; developing new ideas and projects and ensuring their support and implementation through national and international funds; and submitting policy recommendations to official institutions and organizations in order to ensure the continuity of effective service delivery.
Member Relations and Registry Services Policy
The Member Relations and Registry Directorate has adopted as its departmental policy establishing strong ties between the Chamber and its members operating in the industrial sector through continuous and effective communication; serving as the first point of contact for members’ requests and issues; increasing member satisfaction through a solution-oriented approach and strong interdepartmental communication; and maximizing the visibility of the Chamber, awareness of its services, and the benefits provided to members.
In line with the Law No. 5174 on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye, the Chamber Transactions Regulation, and related regulations, the Directorate adopts a member-oriented and innovation-driven service approach aimed at ensuring the effective and efficient execution of registry procedures; conducting activities to increase the number of members; registering newly established companies with industrial qualifications; keeping member information up to date and developing new methods in this regard; conveying to relevant authorities the issues identified by industrialists through member feedback and suggestions; and continuously improving quality standards by emphasizing teamwork to enhance the competence and capabilities of its staff within the framework of quality management systems.
