Human Resources and Administrative Services Directorate
The Directorate carries out activities and procedures aimed at ensuring the efficient management of the Chamber’s human resources and enhancing employees’ skills and competencies through performance evaluation. It also performs activities related to the technical and support services required during the Chamber’s operations. The Human Resources and Administrative Services Directorate consists of two coordinatorships: the Human Resources Coordinatorship and the Administrative Services Coordinatorship.
Human Resources Coordinatorship
The Human Resources Coordinatorship establishes the Chamber’s Human Resources (HR) policy and manages recruitment processes by publishing job announcements, creating a CV database, and storing applications in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). It carries out Human Resources practices related to recruitment, leave management, personnel affairs, and similar processes.
In addition, the Coordinatorship establishes criteria for employee performance, monitors and evaluates performance outcomes, organizes in-service training programs to support employee development, and arranges social activities for employees. It is also responsible for the organization and coordination of the Chamber’s social and cultural activities.
Furthermore, the Coordinatorship carries out projects, coordination activities, meeting participation, collaborations, and reporting related to Human Resources. It organizes occupational health and safety-related health arrangements and publishes member announcements related to its field of responsibility.
Administrative Services Coordinatorship
Within the scope of the Chamber’s administrative services, the Administrative Services Coordinatorship coordinates general document operations, manages the physical archive, and carries out switchboard services. It also oversees procurement procedures and contract follow-up processes while ensuring the execution of technical services.
In addition, the Coordinatorship is responsible for coordinating transportation services and managing outsourced security and cleaning services. It also coordinates Social Responsibility Projects (such as disaster-related initiatives) and carries out the necessary activities and procedures on behalf of the Chamber in these areas.
