Document Services Directorate
The activities specified in Articles 12 and 26 of the Law No. 5174 on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye and the Chambers and Commodity Exchanges Law are carried out within the framework of the relevant provisions of the same Law and Articles 27, 29, 30, 35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, and 45 of the Chamber Transactions Regulation.
Within the scope of Law No. 5174, the Document Services Directorate issues Capacity Reports for member companies.
Capacity Reports are used for the issuance of Industrial Registry Certificates, export and import procedures, Domestic Goods Certificates and Manufacturing Competency Certificates, obtaining permits and licenses related to various sectors, Inward Processing Permit Expert Reports, participation in domestic and international fairs, and public procurement tenders.
The Document Services Directorate also prepares and issues Invoice Price Examination Reports requested by public institutions, Unit Price Notifications to Public Institutions, Construction Machinery Registration Certificates, Actual Consumption Certificates, Inward Processing Permit Expert Reports, Patent Usage Certificates, Domestic Goods Certificates, Waste Ratio Certificates, Manufacturing Competency Certificates, Domestic Manufacturing Status Certificates, Certified Copies of Capacity Reports, Manufacturer Certificates, Machinery Inventory Assessment Reports, Force Majeure Certificates, Current Value Assessment Reports, Local Content Expert Reports, Customs Expert Reports, and Water Requirement Certificates. In addition, the Directorate conducts research and submits reports requested by public institutions on related matters.
Furthermore, the Directorate carries out the sale and certification procedures for export documents such as ATR, EUR1, FORM-A, and Certificates of Origin; prepares Return to Origin Expert Reports and Outward Processing Expert Reports; and performs the sale and approval procedures for ATA Carnets, Turkish Goods Certificates, and Investment Incentive Certificates.
