The Ankara Chamber of Industry has adopted as its Member Satisfaction Policy a transparent, prompt, and member-oriented approach in addressing the requests, complaints, and expectations of its members; resolving all complaints in the shortest possible time and in a manner that ensures satisfaction; carrying out the necessary improvements and controls to prevent the recurrence of similar dissatisfaction; consistently providing high-quality services to its members; and maintaining a satisfaction management system based on courtesy and honesty in all relations with members.
