ACI Export Support Office

Within the framework of the protocol signed between the Ministry of Trade and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye on November 13, 2018, the “ACI Export Support Office” was established in cooperation with our Chamber and made available to our members. The Export Support Office aims to support the export mobilization initiated by the public and private sectors with the goal of “new products, new markets, and new exporters” by increasing the number of exporters, explaining export support mechanisms, and guiding exporters in all matters.

The main objective of our Chamber’s Export Support Office is to guide and support our members who are not yet exporters but have high export potential, as well as members seeking to increase their competitiveness in exports.

Services offered to our members through our Office:

• Continuous and regular information services on international markets and global developments

• Information and guidance on government support for exports

• Provision of information on current practices in exports

• Support services on market research, finding customers, and documents required for export procedures

• Organization of foreign trade training programs upon request

• Taking initiatives to resolve problems encountered in export processes

• Announcement of international cooperation opportunities

• Evaluation and reporting of export figures on a semi-annual and annual basis
